Whether you have a clear vision or need support to refine ideas, we are here to bring your imagination to life. Our team will guide you through every step of the process—from gemstone selection and custom-designing to colours, shapes, cuts, clarity, treatments, and precious metal options—ensuring the experience is enjoyable and seamless.

If you need an estimate at this stage, we will provide a guide price while noting that costs may vary depending on the gemstones you eventually choose.

We offer a curated collection of natural gemstones from around the world, alongside custom-order options for both natural and lab-grown diamonds and gemstones.

Our team will guide you through gemstone options that resonate with you, taking your budget and preferences into account. If you have not decided on a budget, we will explore different design and gemstone combinations and advise on pricing so you can make an informed decision.

If you have a dream gemstone in mind, we are happy to source it for you. The search can be swift or take longer for rarer stones, but we remain committed to finding your perfect piece. Once we locate gemstones that meet your requirements, we will share HD imagery, videos, and detailed descriptions. Independent gemological authenticity certificates provide additional assurance.

We can also modernise family heirlooms and existing jewellery. Bring along your pieces and gemstones, and we will explore how to incorporate them into a new design (provided the stones are undamaged after inspection). After selecting the perfect gemstones, we will discuss design concepts and optimal settings to showcase their beauty.

No matter where you are in the world, we will guide you through every step of custom design so your finished jewel is everything you imagined.

We begin by sketching concepts, working closely with you to capture your vision and preferred details. Your feedback is incorporated at every revision until the sketch is finalised.

We then provide a design quotation. Once approved, we create detailed 3D renderings so you can see exactly how the piece will look—this is also the stage for any final adjustments.

With your confirmation, we commence craftsmanship using premium materials such as platinum and 18k solid gold.

Production typically takes eight to ten weeks. If you have an urgent request, let us know as early as possible and we will explore how to expedite the process.

Before we begin, you will receive a detailed quotation, time to review and confirm your order, and answers to any outstanding questions. A 50% deposit is required prior to production.

For engagement pieces, we recommend waiting for the finished ring before scheduling proposal plans. Handmade jewellery can encounter unforeseen delays, and we will keep you updated throughout the journey.

Once your bespoke jewellery is complete, it is packaged securely for shipping and accompanied by delivery guidance. The remaining balance is requested at this stage.

In Singapore, we offer personal delivery and fitting to ensure the perfect fit. We will arrange an appointment time that works for you.

For international clients, we partner with reputable couriers that provide insurance coverage for your piece.
